The Dental Grant Program connects you with trusted dentists and covers up to 30% of the cost of your All-On-Four Implants/Permanent Dentures. The exact percentage covered by the Grant depends on your treatment cost.

When you receive your billing from the dentist, the Grant will be automatically deducted from the cost so no need to wait for your Grant payment.

Treatment Plan & Grant Amount

Grant amounts are based on the cost of your treatment plan. Remember, your treatment plan will be affected by different variables, like whether you are getting All-On-Four for your upper or lower arch, or both. The amount of follow-up visits, and other fees such as any preparatory dental work you may need will also affect the cost of your treatment.

You can use the table below for guidance on the Grant amount you can expect to receive based on the cost of your treatment plan.

$500 - $25000 Cost: 25% Grant
